Q1. Which sizes and patterns are available?
A:The size range of paddle board is 7’-12’6, surfboard is 5’5’’-10’4’’. 

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. DAP, DDP, 

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20-35days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples . 

     Andy  we can customize the logo or design as per your ideas.

Q7:What does the limited warranty cover?

A:We provide  6 months quality warranty.  The manufacturer's limited warranty covers non-humany casued  defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, we'll replace, at no extra charge*, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
